Your price is locked and guaranteed as soon as you make a deposit, though please note that trips during Christmas, New Year, and Easter have an extra 25% holiday fee due to high demand.

• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your chosen cabin and cruise dates.

• The remaining 70% balance must be settled at least 15 days before your scheduled landing in Egypt.

• Due to high seasonal demand, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation during these periods.

• The remaining 50% balance is due 15 days before your arrival.

As soon as your transaction is processed, our team will dispatch an official booking validation to your email. This package contains your finalized travel itinerary, essential transit documentation, and a formal digital receipt.

If you need to cancel your trip, the following fees apply based on when we receive your written notice:

• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus bank/transaction fees).
• 15 to 29 days before arrival: 25% fee of total cost.
• 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% fee of the total cost.
• Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% fee of total cost.

• Processing: Approved refunds take up to 14 business days to process.
• Note: Some hotels or cruises may have stricter rules, which will be clearly marked on your itinerary.
